General Shipping Information
All orders are shipped as insured packages from Hong Kong. Orders received during Monday - Friday before 11:00 a.m. (Hong Kong Time) are dispatched within the same business day and orders received after 11:00 a.m. (Hong Kong Time) will be dispatched the following business day. Please note that unexpected delays may occur of which IQ has no control over and is not responsible for.
Orders usually cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed through our website. If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. Please note that we are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered nor where delivery attempts have been made. We cannot ship to P.O Boxes as generally shipments require a signature on delivery.

Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes and therefore every buyer has to assume responsibility for these potential additional costs. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

We always do our best to ship your order correctly. If we make a mistake, or if an item is defective, please notify our Customer Support staff. We will work to quickly remedy any such problem.
If fails delivery then the goods will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, regretfully IQ may charge for redelivery or redirection of failed orders.
We do not accept merchandise for return unless items are defective, in which case they will be replaced, subject to availability, or refunded at buyers discretion.
Returned pieces of product must be in their original condition, products must be new and unworn. IQ will not accept returns of any worn items. If possible, please use your original shipping packaging.
We would strongly recommend that you use a secure trackable courier service of your choice (such as FedEx, DHL or SF-express) to return your items safely to us. Please make sure that your package is insured, and the original order confirmation is attached. Please note that unidentified returns will not be returned to the sender and will not be refunded.
We recommend keeping your receipt until the refund process is completed. Refunds will be made using the payment method originally used when making the purchase. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded.
